1Sign in
- Open the site and choose your Mandal.
- Choose your School from the list (it shows the school name and UDISE code).
- Enter the password and click Sign in. The default password for every school is Qwerty@123; it is already filled in for you.
2Who can be enrolled
Each school has a fixed number of seats for boys and girls (shown on your school page). The site will not let you go over it.

3Enroll a student
- On your school page click Enroll Scout (Boy) or Enroll Guide (Girl) (Cub / Bulbul in primary schools). Boys and girls have separate forms because their uniforms are different.
- Fill in the student's name, father / guardian name and class.
- Choose the uniform size and enter the measurements (see the next two sections).
- Click Enroll. The student appears in the Boys or Girls list straight away.
To correct a student, click the button on their row. To remove one, click . Use the search box and class filter above the lists to find students quickly.
4Short details or brief details
At the top of every form you can choose how much to fill in:
The site remembers your choice for the next form. Each student is marked Short or Brief in the list, so you can come back later and complete short entries.
5Taking measurements
Height is in centimetres. All other measurements are in inches (half inches like 12.5 are fine).
- Chest – around the fullest part of the chest
- Waist – around the navel
- Neck – around the collar line
- Shoulder – shoulder tip to shoulder tip
- Sleeve – shoulder tip to wrist
- Shirt length – shoulder to hem
- Pant length – waist to ankle
- Bust – around the fullest part
- Waist – around the navel
- Hip – around the widest part
- Shoulder – shoulder tip to shoulder tip
- Sleeve – shoulder tip to wrist
- Kameez / top length – shoulder to hem
- Salwar length – waist to ankle (skirt: waist to knee)

6Unit leaders
Every unit needs a teacher as its leader. Add them in the Unit leaders box on your school page, with their uniform measurements.

7Upload many students from Excel
- Click Upload Excel on your school page, then Download template.
- The template has separate Boys and Girls sheets with drop-downs for class and size. Do not change the header row.
- Fill one row per student. Columns marked * are required. Fill the shaded measurement columns too if you want brief details (all of them, or none).
- Save the file as .xlsx, choose it in the upload box and click Upload & import.
8PDF & Excel reports
- Download PDF – a printable report with the BSG heading, school details, summary, unit leaders, boys and girls lists with measurements, and signature lines for the unit leaders and headmaster.
- Export Excel – all students, unit leaders and a uniform size count in one spreadsheet.
9Change your password
Click your school name at the top right, then Change password. Enter the old password once and the new one twice. If you forget it, ask the district office to reset it to the default.
